Why we don't promise viral (and what we promise instead)

Almost every founder we meet asks some version of the same question: "Can you make our content go viral?"

Our honest answer is no. Nobody honest can promise that. And even if a video does go viral, it often brings views from people who will never buy from you.

So we promise something else.

Viral is luck

A viral video depends on timing, trends and a lot of chance. You cannot plan it, and you cannot repeat it on demand. Building a business on it is like building a shop on a lottery ticket.

Worse, chasing viral changes what you post. You start copying trends that have nothing to do with your work, and your real customers stop recognising you.

What we promise instead

We don't promise viral. We promise growth for your business, through content.

In practice, that means three things:

1. More enquiries from people who already know you and trust you before the first call.
2. A name people remember, so you are the one your customers think of first when they need what you do.
3. Content that keeps working, planned, repurposed and posted where your customers are, month after month.

How we measure it

Every client gets a tracker before the first post goes out. Each month we look at the numbers that matter for the business, not just the ones that look good in a screenshot:

• Enquiries and discovery calls that came from content
• Conversations started on LinkedIn and Instagram
• Profile views from the right kind of people
• Which topics and formats brought those results

Likes and views are still useful, as signals. They are just not the goal.
